CRIO Furniture Warranty Terms

Welcome to CRIO Furniture. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of products offered by CRIO Furniture. By purchasing our furniture or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Warranty

All furniture products sold by CRIO Furniture come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

The warranty applies only to products purchased from CRIO Furniture or authorized sellers.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The 3-year warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural defects in the furniture frame
  • Defects in factory-installed hardware and fittings
  • Malfunction of mechanisms under normal residential use

If a defect covered under warranty is identified, CRIO Furniture may repair or replace the defective part or product, depending on the situation.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty will not apply under the following conditions:

  • Physical damage caused by impact, misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Damping or water damage caused by moisture, liquid spills, flooding, or humidity exposure
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage due to fire, natural disasters, or external environmental factors
  • Scratches, dents, stains, or cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
  • Use of the product for commercial purposes unless specified
  • Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized persons
  • Use of furniture for commercial or rental purposes unless specified

4. Product Care and Usage

Customers are responsible for proper use and maintenance of the furniture. Products should be used in normal indoor environments and protected from excessive moisture, heat, or direct water exposure.

Improper care or misuse may void the warranty.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • The claim must be submitted within the warranty period.
  • CRIO Furniture may request photos or inspection of the product before approving the claim.

Repair or replacement will be carried out based on the evaluation by CRIO Furniture. CRIO Furniture reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

CRIO Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Changes to Terms

CRIO Furniture reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
